I had half my thyroid removed recently and even though my hormone levels tested OK, I didn't feel quite like the remaining half of my thyroid was working at full capacity. So I started taking this product and noticed an improvement the first day. Have been taking it a few weeks now and the effects continue to be good. It seems like an effective thyroid booster. I did have one empty capsule in the batch or else I would have added another star to my rating.
