This innovatively designed Kalorik rotisserie roasts from the inside out and outside in, for juicy and tender food.  Unlike traditional rotisseries which rotate the food in front of the heating elements, this rotisserie rotates the heat around and through the food!  Up to twice as fast as traditional rotisserie units.  Holds up to 10 lb. chicken, poultry, turkey, roast beef, ham, lamb or pork roast.  Great for grilled ribs or Cornish hen in less than 30 minutes.  Poultry and meat settings automatically adjust the heat for optimal results:  Have it - well done, medium or rare.  Center heating element cooks the food from the inside for faster and more uniform, and gives your food a healthy and delicious spin as it drains away unwanted fat and grease into a drip tray.  Easy-clean unit comes with dishwasher-safe accessories, programmable electronic touchpad controls with LCD readout and stainless steel housing.

Switch off the appliance by pressing the on/off button and unplug the unit from the outlet.  Allow appliance to cool down before cleaning.  All removable parts are dishwasher safe or may be washed by hand in hot soapy water.  Over time, the tower, center cover and skewers will discolor - this is normal.  The glass lid may have to be cleaned with a 3M scouring pad or similar, along with a non-abrasive cleanser, to remove burnt-on grease.  Rinse and set aside to air-dry.  To remove baked-on food residue easily, place parts in hot soapy water and let stand for 20 - 30 minutes before hand washing.  Wipe interior of main body and heating elements with a damp cloth or sponge, with added dishwashing detergent, to remove grease.  To clean grease spatters behind the heating elements, carefully slide a paper towel or sponge dampened with water and dishwashing detergent.  Slide behind the element and dry with a paper towel or soft cloth.  Do not use abrasive cleansers on exterior or interior surfaces.  To clean cooked-on foods from interior surfaces or glass window, use a plastic bristle brush, or a polyester or nylon mesh pad, dampened with a dishwashing detergent and water.  NEVER spray cleaners directly into the interior surfaces of the Main Body.  Clean spills from exterior of Main Body with a damp cloth after each use.  Dry thoroughly with soft cloth.
