I had this pillow before and loved it for years. This one was leaking beads upon arrival. Drugstore promptly refunded and told me to throw it away. I then went to the company which makes it and bought it there. It is as good as the one I had for years. I use it while watching tv.

Several reviews said this pillow was too hard and useless. At first, I agreed and was worried that I wasted money on it. HOWEVER, after using it a lot, it has softened up considerably and it's easy to conform it to whatever position you like. I have become dependent on it and miss it if I don't have it. Personally, I use it for sleeping and sometimes while sitting. I have some moderate-to-strong pain in one of my shoulders, elbows and hands. This pillow is wonderful for supporting these areas when I need it. I also love that this pillow can easily be bent or twisted into a certain shape that supports and warms my hands. It's sort of like putting my hand into a big, warm and cozy "sandwich"—and it holds its shape that way until I change it. Overall, I am very happy with this product. It has exceeded my expectation. I would recommend it to a friend, with the hint that you must "break it in" to reach its maximum potential.

I use it as a decorative pillow on my bed. I would consider it really a decorative pillow, but it has fabric and color that goes with my bed coverings and since I use it nightly, it's very handy to have it right there among the pillows.

Bought this to finally replace the one I bought several YEARS ago, which still has perfect fabric, but is a bit squishier(!) than I prefer. I still use it on occasion! I use this pillow constantly, anymore I use it as my ONLY pillow. It's soft fabric on one side and a cooler, more sleek fabric on the other. You can flip depending on if you're hot or cold. Now, I run hot but neither side of this pillow makes me sweat like some fabrics do.

"Microbeads" inside allow you to form the pillow in a few different shapes, depending on what you need, and it's very firm on purchase. I don't know if it helps with snoring, sorry! I do know that when folded in half, or sometimes a bit off center from half, and placed at the base of my neck I get comfort, great neck support, and a good night's sleep.

I went from store to store to get this pillow. For some reason, they didn't have any in stock. Naturally, when I want something, it's unavailable in store. So, online stores to the rescue. This pillow is just so useful! Everywhere I go, it goes with me. I also use it as a replacement for a regular pillow on my bed. Supports my neck and I wake up without sore shoulders/neck. Fantastic product! I wish there was a cover of some kind for easier cleaning.

The pillow arrived right before a long emergency road trip. It made riding in the car much more comfortable! When we arrived at our destination, I loaned it to my sister in law, who has COPD and was having a hard time getting in a comfortable enough position to breath. Needless to say, I will be ordering a 2nd one, as I left it with her, since she loved it.

I'm not usually one to buy AS SEEN ON TV, but this is one item I am so glad that I did. It is a lot more versatile than the half moon shaped travl pillows. I took a cross country train ride recently and was very easy to stash in my backpack.

Too firm, not as useful as I had hoped. Doesn't stay on neck when bent in half. Uncomfortable if sitting on it to protect tailbone.

After having seeing this pillow on TV for quite a while, I finally picked one up and I love it. It is versatile (able to be bent in several confiurations) and super-supportive for the neck.
I have myofascial pain in my back and shoulders and this is literally the only pillow to relieve some of the pain when I am sitting in my living room to read or watch TV.
I do not use this for sleeping - just haven't tried it - because while I do recommend this pillow, I am afraid to damage it by nighttime sleeping! I have only used it for shoter periods of time.
In fact, after trying mine, my husband wants one of his own for Christmas, and I'm ordering his today!

This pillow was my salvation when I suffered a herniated cervical disk. It helped me to get comfortable enough to sleep at night, provided stability for my neck, and made traveling to numerous doctor appointments bearable. I would recommend this pillow to anyone suffering from neck pain and problems, who are looking for additional support.

This was OK, but that's about all I can give it. It's pretty stiff for a pillow and doesn't give you a cushy or cozy feeling. It's more of a support product for propping your head on. One of the seams split on it after only a couple of uses. It also made me fell a little claustropobic. I travel a lot and always take a neck pillow with me, but after a couple of uses I was done with this one and put it up in the closet. The plain old U shaped neck pillows or even the dog bone shaped pillows are more comfy, cheaper, and squish into a suitcase easier. (not to mention the fact that they're washable). Wouldn't bother with this.
