These are the best natural panty liners available. They stay in place all day, don't make any rustling plastic bag noises (like the other leading natural brand, which also NEVER stays in place and bunches up.) These are a little wider but I find it is great as backup for my Diva Cup. I will never use conventional liners again. I really feel that they are very unhealthy and contribute towards yeast infections. With these I also noticed that any menstrual odor on light days was virtually elimated. I believe regular liners don't allow your skin to breathe and create an overly wet unhealthy environment. With these I stay dry and fresh. I change more often but I don't mind that. I've never had an "accident" on a light period day with these.

I wanted to love theses liners but they didn't work for me. Though they are cotton and shaped perfect for a light flow liner, they didn't do a good job of absorbing moisture and I could feel them in my underwear. Very annoying. Also, the ones I got bunched up on the sides and after about 2 hours of wear the back end of the liner was coming apart and separating. I was home wearing these so for the seams to break open like that is just ridiculous. I tried 4 liners that day and they all did the same thing! I'll use them for just daily wear but I'm not buying these again.
I wanted to love these and the texture is nice. However, the adhesive is poor and the entire thing gets bunched up right away. Also, if you accidentally put one through the wash it will explode tiny pieces all over your washer and other clothes. Going back to a name brand.

I have been a loyal user of this liner for years. These are great for everyday use because they are so lightweight. I don't want to be aware that I am wearing a panty liner and these are not detectable. They stay in place and the cotton does not pull away from the adhesive as I have experience with other products.
I ordered two boxes to try the flat for the first time. When the order arrived, one box was open. To try to determine if it had opened during shipment or if someone had tampered with the box, I counted the pantyliners and found 23. I wanted them to be okay to use so I decided to open the other box and count the pantyliners. 23 in the previously unopened box, also! If the people at Organic can only count to 23, then the boxes should say 23, not 24.
In my experience, they do what they're supposed to do, and meet my expectations. I see some people have found they shred and fall apart. That hasn't happened with me. I guess all you can do is try them and find out if they work for you.
To use: peel middle adhesive strip off back of pad, center pad on panties.
Non-flushable. Wrap the pad in paper and put into a waste bin, If irritation persist or develops, discontinue use and consult your physician. Organyc products are over 90% biodegradable and are compostable under the correct conditions.
