My 9 year old son is autistic and takes liquid Melatonin every night at 8:30 and sleeps like a baby until 7am. Big change from before he used to take Melatonin. He barely slept and would wake up at odd hours in the night. It also has helped with his behavior at school because he is fully rested. His behavior has decrease tremendously. Highly recommend this product. It's wonderful.

Had to do some measuring guesswork with the dropper. States 4 Droppers per dose. That's OK but you cannot get 1 dropper's worth per squeeze. Plus there is no measuring line printed on the dropper. It looked about 1/2 full per squeeze so I just estimated 8 squeezes. Have to say it does work fast. I normally use PM's but this stuff is just as effective if not more.

Used about an hour before bedtime. Fell asleep quickly but had two very strange/disturbing dreams. Don't usually have nightmares. I only used it once and that was enough for me. Will not buy again.

If I can get around the awful taste and the ineffective dropper, I'll continue using this liquid form of melatonin for a while. I have used melatonin for some time and highly recommend melatonin in pill form. The jury's still out on the liquid.

This past year I have had some troubles sleeping. I would go to sleep and be up every hour on the hour. I was recommended by a family member to try the liquid melatonin. Works like a charm! I take it about an hour before I go to bed and sleep pretty much all night. I just take two droppers. Was afraid it might make me groggy.

I have had trouble sleeping for quite some time. I have used Tylenol Simply Sleep, which usually works, but not all of the time. But I wanted something more natural, so I gave this a try. It tastes horrible, but it really works! Trying to fill the dropper all the way was impossible for me, I don't know why. So I used a cup from some other medicine that had the right dosage. I wish the bottle was bigger though, because I used it up way too fast!

i have always had trouble sleeping!!! this liquid mel. is wonderful.. the taste is sweet with a bite,, if you have ever had a sip of brandy, thats what it tastes like to me.... i have taken many types of sleep meds over the years..this is not addictive, and is all natural... it is so nice to be able to sleep again!!!!!!

I've always had trouble sleeping and I used to be prescribed to Ambian, however I never liked the fact that I could easily become dependent on it. So I traded out my RX to this product. I am very pleased and I don't feel groggy in the morning. I'm not dependent on it either; sometimes I don't even need it every night. It helps make a routine sleep pattern and I must admit that I sleep better with this than I ever have by taking Ambian. I take it before I go to bed, and about 15 minutes later I doze off. Nothing wakes me up anymore during the night and I feel refreshed in the morning. The taste isn't that great, but it really doesn't matter as long as I'm getting a good night sleep.
