We love these vitamins. They are food based and do exactly what they say they'll do. We've been taking Alive vitamins for over 3 years and we don't even consider other vitamins now. We were taking much more expensive vitamins from the health food store but didn't notice any difference in how we felt but since we started taking these, we've notice a dramatic difference.

I got these because I am a vegetarian and do not get enough vegetables or fruits in my diet. I am not able to swallow pills, these are Very Large and I have to crush and take. When trying to swallow I almost got sick from the taste. I would not ever recommend these to even one's that can swallow pills.

We have always believed that vitamins made from fruits/vegetables would be more effective than something made synthetically; after all, our bodies are designed to work with natural products. We purchased The Vitamin Code - Raw vitamins thinking we would see a difference in the way we felt. Although other people may see results, we unfortunately did not. We decided to try a box of the Alive w/Energy vitamins & within a short period of time we definitely felt better. We ran out for about a week & we started feeling sluggish again. I ordered another 6 boxes because they work so well. This will be our vitamin of choice from now on. Not only do they work superbly but they are also inexpensive. So happy we found these vitamins. Give them a try :-)

I really like this vitamin. It gives a natural boost of energy and comes from many whole food sources. All around great product. It is a large pill and could be difficult to swallow for some. I really like having to take just one pill a day to supplement so many of my nutrient needs.
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food. As with any supplement, if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Not formulated for children. Do not exceed recommended use.
