Any multi-vitamin product I have taken in the past is huge, has left a bad taste, and occasional tummy upset. I expect this. Alive! is not the worst, and at age 55+ I will bear it for the benefits. Pill is better than the gummy. Drugstore.com has a fair price.

This is a large pill to swallow so you may want to reconsider if you have difficulty swallowing. It seems most of the multi-mega vitamins are larger to incorporate all the needed nutrients is realistic amounts.
