Fantastic vitamins, but the pill is huge, so BE CAREFUL not to choke. Also take with a full meal (not a nutrigran bar while you are running out the door in the morning) because they will give you heartburn. If I must run out the door with my nutrigrain bar, I take this vitamin with a full glass of milk. Problem solved.
