My Doctor has me taking 1200mg per day, so this works out to be a months supply. If I don't drink a ton of water, I get heartburn. This is the only side effect for me.

Product is used to help with neuropathy. Doesn't eliminate the pain but seems to help with the pain. Will try anything other than prescription drugs. No apparent side effects.

I didn't notice any effects for almost a month. Then...I was no longer in a "fog" when I woke up in the morning! My memory has improved but I started taking it for better circulation. I've been a Type 1 diabetic for 45 years and my doctor recommended it.
