I love the purple color.It is subtle and when it catches the sunshine or when people catch it in the light, I always receive compliments. I use only the purple, and is the only mascara I have used for years. It has grown increasingly difficult to find. My drawback is that I wish the whole tube were the purple color. Since it is double ended, and the other end is black, I rarely use the black mascara and it ends up getting tossed and wasted. The purple mascara is easy to remove with soap and water. The black mascara in this duo isn't as easy and needs a makeup remover after washing your face. But, they both apply nicely and look great.
