Our min. poodle does not mind being washed with Buddy Wash. We have used it for ten years now, and the only time he has skin problems is when we try something else. I dilute it with a palm full of water so the entire coat can be saturated. Make sure Fido is very wet before shampooing. This maximizes the product and is simply less wasteful. I leave it on his body while I work the lather down his legs and onto his paws. The rosemary mint smells good while avoiding a feminine scent. I would call it unisex with a nose to herbs rather than flowers. I have always wanted to try it on myself but have never done so. It has a coconut base that is mild, and great lather that rinses squeaky clean.

I have three dogs with three different coat types, and liked having the option to adjust the amount of conditioner/shampoo needed for each one. My largest dog has a stiff coat that dries out easily, so this two-in-one dries it out like crazy! The smallest dog gets a pretty oily coat, and conditioner just makes the problem worse.
During the winter, I use more conditioner to keep the coats soft, and the summer I need more shampoo with all the rolling-in-dirt they like to do. While the 2-in-1 is more convenient, it's an inferior product!! It just doesn't offer the same level of quality I appreciated with the separate bottles, and until Cloud Star offers that option again, I'm switching brands.

I have a new terrier mix puppy with more wiry fur. I was looking for something super gentle and natural to bathe him with, and saw that this had great reviews. I can see why!! It made his fur super soft and silky, like different fur altogether! And it smells so good and fresh- but not at all overpowering. I highly recommend this product!!

I love this stuff. It smells great- herbal and clean. It helps with my husky's dry coat and makes him soft and fluffy! It rinses out easily which most other products don't. I'll definitely be buying more.

I have used Cloud Star buddy wash and buddy rinse for years. Although it is a little more trouble, i think it works better than this two in one product. I have a poodle and i like to comb the conditioner through his fur, to help untangle it. I think his fur is drier and not as soft with this product. I hope the company goes back to the two bottle plan. This product is okay, although the smell is very strong to a person that is sensitive to scents. I have noticed the previous product seemed to help resist pests, but i haven't used this product long enough to say if it does the same.

This product claims to give your pet "Maximum Huggability" and it does! My dogs seem to love it and it smells wonderful. Their fur is so soft. I highly recommend it.

My dog used to do a major freak when it was bath time. Now he finds his calm center when Buddy Wash is applied. I got the Lavendar Mint and it smells really nice on dog body. Lots of water is needed since he has a thick coat - be sure dog is soaked then start with the shampoo. He is a big guy so I squirt a line down the middle of his back and add more water. He is shiny, clean and good smelling when done. I have recommended Buddy Wash to his dog pals.
Wet coat thoroughly. Rub a generous amount of Buddy Wash into your pet's coat, building a rich lather. Rinse well, then towel dry. Follow with Buddy Rinse or Buddy Splash,then reward your furry friend with plenty of Cloud Star's Buddy Biscuits!
