I apply the scrub with a net bath scrub ball that also helps scrub away dead skin cells and leaves my skin feeling smooth. Then I apply lotion after towel drying.

I was looking forward to this scrub since it has very natural ingredients, however the smell is so strong and stinky it makes it very difficult for me to use daily. I really have to hold my breath when I use it. I would not recommend the Amber Vanilla, try a different scent. It really smells like a bad cheap perfume. Vanilla is usually very light and natural smelling, but not with this product.

This is the best scrub I've ever used for my body. I have really terribly bumpy legs and they feel wonderful after about a week. I paid less than $5 for the bottles I got a few years ago, now its more than double in price.
