I use this cream for a couple of days following dermabrasion (twice a month procedure), when my skin is very sensitive from the process. It doesn't achieve the effects I get from my normal regimen of anti-aging products, which contain ingredients that can irritate skin following dermabrasion. I then return to my usual routine.
I have been using this product off and on for several years, I have roscea and in the summer months I can get pretty bad. This lotion has a protective barrier that helps with my sensitive skin. Not sure just why it works but it does, I use it about three to four times a week, its lightweight and non greasy. I was really thrilled to see Drugstore.com carrying this brand. My regular supply recently quit carrying it. If you have problem skin give it a try. I hope to never be without it, they make a great cream as well.
