My doctor and dietician both told me to take Vitamin D after blood work showed a low level. But they neglected to differentiate the types of Vitamin D supplements on the market. This is Vitamin D2 and it has not helped my level after a number of bottles. I now use Vegan Vitamin D3 pills.

My Doctor recommended more vitamin D and calcium. This is gelatin-free and a small pill!

Finally, a vitamin D pill that doesn't choke. And it's helped my vitamin D levels, as shown in my current blood tests compared to a year ago. (I'm still under, but much better than I was before I started taking these).
