My husband and I do not take flu shots but we do add D-3 each season to our list of vitamins. They seem to work. We do not get the flu. Who knows what's in the flu shot. When researching this subject you will be surprised. I choose Vitamin D-3 instead.

K2 can be pricey to buy separately, and it is better than K. D3 has been shown to be very important for so many things, especially if you do not spend much time in the sun, and is superior to regular D. Plus they work better in combination, so this is a great deal.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® 1 to 2 times daily with meals. Consider taking this product in combination with a NOW® Calcium supplement.
