This is the worst fish oil I have bought. They seem to leak oil, smell really bad, and taste terrible.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I generally like and trust the "Now" brand of vitamins - I just finished a bottle of Now Ubiquinol and would probably order those again. In addtion, I've taken their Ultra Omega 3's and I had no issue with a fishy taste/smell with them (I keep all my fish oils in the fridge, btw, to help with that).

But these DHA's REEK of fish and taste like fish - it's almost nauseating to take one. Even if you hold one in your hand for more than 30 seconds, your hand will smell like fish.

I'm very disappointed; I suppose it's possible I just got a bad batch, but I doubt I would risk it again. :/

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Brain Elevate™, Phosphatidyl Serine and DMAE.
