I take these pills when i need a pick me up in the morning....Some times I only take one and it does the job...The bottle says to consume two...This product has helped me alot..
I take these energy pills when I know I have a long work day ahead of me,,,they give you an amazing energy boost,,,and I really don't feel any kind of crash at end of day...I do not take them daily,,,but you can if you would like too...I only use when I need that boost of energy,,,and its all natural which is great !!

Comments about NOW Foods Energy, Capsules, 90 ea:
For me, this product works as recommended. Two tablets wakes me up with about the same effectiveness as one cup of coffee. I use it occasionally, when I can't grab a coffee or don't want the calories that come with coffee (I take my coffee sweet and creamy). Or if I'm extra tired and a cup of coffee/tea didn't do the job, I might supplement with one of these pills etc..

This firstly made me sick with my stomach. So I took this medication when I have no stomach pain. The effect of this suppliment is still unknown. It is a strong suppliment. But I am uncertain if it were working or not. You can test it if it works on you or not.
