If your hot flashes are very mild, you don't mind a bad odor, and you like an expanding white film on your skin, then you might want to try this product!

Besides the horrible smell, it's very difficult to absorb! When you start trying to rub it into your skin, a white film begins spreading and expanding. The more you rub, the worse it gets. I thought this would be a small sacrifice to put up with if the product worked, but it doesn't work any better that the other progesterone creams I've tried.

Ive noticed a decrease in my hot flashes, which is what Ive tried to achieve with this product. I am a little disappointed at the amount of time it takes to rub a pumps worth of cream into my skin. And the smell, although it claims to be unscented, is quite foul to me.....I think I will try another brand when I finish this bottle.

This cream is easy to apply. It absorbs quickly with no residue on clothes. It is almost odorless and totally non greasy. I have used all the other transdermal creams on the market and this is the best. Because it contains 20 mg of progesterone per squirt it is hard to regulate the exact amount if you want less than that. The one product I tried that can be easily regulated is the progesterone dissolved in vitamin E oil. It is applied to gums and tongue. It has a slight taste and I had to use too many drops so I prefer the cream.

After a lot of trial and error on several other progesterone creams, I found this one to be the most beneficial. I have used this product for over year and it continues to deliver results...reduced hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. I like that it has no perfumes added or no odor then it won't clash with my perfume. Application is very easy. Press the top of the container and a premeasured amount of lotion disperses, I vary where I put for each application...inner thighs, inner-upper arms, above chest, and stomach. I am VERY pleased with this product and would recommend you give it a try if you experience those pesky hot flashes and other menopause symptoms.

I am 59, and I began using this product when I was 41. I am through menopause, and I have had no hot flashes, or any major symptoms. I had a little difficulty with sleeping, and I simply added a natural sleep aid. I would highly recommend this product, but it works best when you use it three times a day. I use it morning and night and rub some into my hands in the middle of the afternoon.

Relatively inexpensive quality progesterone cream. I have been on prometrium and found 1 1/2 pumps comparable to 200mg prometrium. Like they fact that I can rub it on my skin and not need to pop a pill and put the extra stress on my liver.

I was at my wits end with perimenopausal symptoms, particularly the hot flashes and a continuous low grade level of stress. I heard a doctor on the radio talk about over estrogen and how you could use a natural progesterone cream to balance your hormones. I have not had a period in months so I used the cream on my abdomen, inside legs, and inside arms for about 2 weeks before I noticed a lessening number of hot flashes. After 3 weeks my hot flashes are gone and I'm feeling back to my old pre-perimenopausal self! The cream is not greasy, has a nice smell and is at a very reasonable price point.

I have had problems with hot flashes for many years. I have taken hormones and still take a very small dose and was still having hot flashes. This Progesterone has helped 100%. I recommend this for anyone. I use it every day and it is so simple to use. So glad I came across this product.

i rub iton the insides of my arms (opposite side of elbow. and inside of thighs, and stomach. Use on of theses spots 2x a day.
It has no smell, and does not smell to others.
I have to do twice a day because i can tell when its wearing off. Hot flashes start up.

I have been using this product daily for over a year and have been very satisfied. Had a prescription from a compound pharmacy for progesterone cream in the past and this is a good substitute and better on my pocketbook. It pumps out a predetermined amount so I can calculate the MGs of progesterone that I need and go from there.

Cream is easily absorbed and smells pleasent. I haven't had any issues with the pump and the only way I can tell what's left in the container is by the weight and feel. I now order two at a time so I don't run out.

Would highly recommend this product!
