I'm post-menopausal and when I started noticing signs of estrogen dominance, I started looking for something that matched recommendations from Dr. John Lee's book. This product works incredibly well! My only problem is that the pump dispenses 20MG, which is fine for younger women, but post-menopause women need half that; so I have to control how much cream comes out, and hope I've got it right. Other than that, this cream is wonderful, and that lavender scent is delightful!

Works well however, make sure you wash your hands thoroughly before touching other items in your home. Others should not be exposed to this product such as children, pregnant women.

I've been using this for a month now and my pre-menstrual anxiety and depression have been much better this cycle, so it seems to be working. It's easy to use, smells good and has a nice consistency. I just saw an integrative medicine doctor about my perimenopausal symptoms. I told him I was using this product and he said I should continue with it. He said to use it all month but to STOP at the onset of menstruation or just before, then start again when my period is over. Hope this helps someone else.

So I tried a couple different progesterone creams for pms. I actually left a review on the other cream. I LOVE this cream, cream is not thick easily applied and I actually like the lavender scent which is relaxing. Scent eventually fades. So far so good on the affects of the progesterone. Also the price is fantastic and you get a 3 oz bottle, more than the other brand. The pump bottle is good not sure how accurate it is but seems to be consistent so far. I will definitely buy again probably more than one for this price.
