I'm not sure if I've got hypothyroidism or not but before I started taking these I would get horribly fatigued every day and my skin became extremely sensitive to the point that my clothes rubbing against my skin became almost painful at times. Anyway, decided I had to do something so I started taking these. Within days my energy levels jumped back up to normal and the sensitive skin thing is completely gone. I wouldn't say it's a complete cure for hypothyroidism but it's a huge improvement. I feel sooooooo much better when I take this.

I've been taking this for a week now. I don't take the 4 capsules daily dose because it's far more than our daily need of iodine. But I'm happy I bought this. Now I can wake up after 8 hours of sleep and stay awake. No naps anymore.

For three years, I have had doctors tell me that I'm almost hypothyroid. Occasional eleveated TSH, thyroid gland can sporatically become enlarged, exhaustion (dr's reasoning: I was about to turn 30, I was getting old), vaginal dryness (again, I was getting so old), dizzy spells, weakness in my legs. My doctor would shrug it off that I was still pretty 'normal.' I read about this product online and decided to give it a try. It's been a week now and I've been easing my way to a full dose. I feel like I have my body back. Energy levels have increased, wonky symptoms fading away. Will continue to use.

After being told for years that they couldn't "catch" my thyroid acting up, I stumbled on an article about the effects of iodine on the thyroid. I had all the classic symptons, cold hands and feet, weight gain, no energy, etc. I ordered these and gave it a try. I noticed a difference within a week! And I really thought it would be a waste of money. I am re ordering and thankful I am not stuck on some thyroid med.
As a dietary supplement, take 2-Vcaps® 2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach. If you experience any mild nausea, consider taking with meals. If nausea persists, discontinue use.
Store in a cool, dry place.
