I take this every day instead of a multi-vitamin capsule. It tastes fine mixed with water. What I like about the liquid formula is that I can control the amount that I take. Some multis have really high doses of vitamin A, which isn't great for the liver, but with this liquid multi, I can take half the recommended dose (or whatever I want).

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Shake well. As a dietary supplement, For Adults: take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 1 to 2 times daily with meals. For Children 4 years and older: take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 1 to 2 times daily with meals.

Refrigerate after opening to preserve flavor.
