I have bought this twice now, and I don't think it has really done anything either time. I took it every day while I was sick, hoping it would decrease the duration of the sickness, but I dont' think it did. I was sick for over a week this time. It also tastes pretty bad, so be ready to drink something right away when you swallow it.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE TRIED THIS ITEM. AM CURRENTLY FIGHTING OFF A COLD AND IT ALREADY SEEMS TO BE HELPING. THE FLAVOR IS REMINISCENT OF RAISINS, WHICH I DON'T CARE FOR. BUT I MIX THIS WITH A BLUEBERRY EXTRACT ANTI-OXIDANT (ALSO A LIQUID), AND ADD TO HOT WATER FOR A LOVELY TASTING TEA.
