My son has been using this toothpaste for many years now, he is now 6. He tried a few others from time to time that he picked out but never liked them as much as this one. He always chose this toothpaste over the others. When we fly we do have to put this in our checked bag, but that is one of the only complaints I have about this toothpaste. I even discovered his friend has the same toothpaste.

There was nothing I liked about this product. I am forced to use milder children's mouth products due to leukemia. This product is an ugly gray color. The taste is horrid. I know no child who would be encouraged to good dental hygiene through this product.

Even though I'm a grown-up, I love this toothpaste. Mint toothpaste usually makes me nauseous so I love this fruity alternative. It has a mild and pleasant strawberry taste and doesn't leave much of an aftertaste (unlike most mint toothpastes where you feel like you just brushed your teeth even after 2 hours... guess i don't like that long lasting clean mint feeling).

I've tried the orangy-mango one and it's okay (kinda tastes a little bitter to me), but I'm sold on the strawberry flavor!

I wish Tom's hadn't discontinued their fennel with flouride. I used that for years because mint toothpastes burn my mouth. After Tom's discontinued it I tried this and the orange mango flavor, and discovered that they irritate my gums. The only difference between these and the fennel is that these contain sodium lauryl sulfate, so that must be it. They still make a fennel flavor, but it has no fluoride. SLS is a detergent whose purpose is to generate foam. The foam is supposed to be a sensory pleasure -- it doesn't help to clean the teeth. That would be okay if it weren't also an irritant. I brush my teeth to clean them, not to have fun with foam. It's very sad that Tom's thinks fluoride is a frill in same category as SLS. I'm giving Tom's Silly Strawberry toothpaste 2 stars out of 5 because it has fluoride and the flavor is mild.

Tried this because many toothpaste burn and irritate the skin inside my mouth. This does a decent job cleaning, although I find I have to put more on the brush than I normally do with other brands. Best part is my mouth doesn't hurt anymore. If you have sensitivity to some toothpastes, try this.

I was sent a full size product of the Tom's of Maine Wicked Cool Fluoride toothpaste mint flavored for kids 8+ so I could have my kids try it and see if they liked it or if they hated it. The very first time they used it, they absolutely LOVED it and also loved the taste much better than any of the other toothpastes they had used in the past. In fact, they gave it a TWO thumbs up and asked if Tom's of Main Wicked Cool could be their new permanent toothpaste and even said their friends would be jealous that they would get to use a toothpaste that had the words "Wicked Cool" in it and that their friends would be begging their parents to let them change their toothpaste too HA HA HA!!! Thanks to Smiley360, my kids get a new toothpaste with a cool name as well as a healthy teeth protector. Thank you Smiley360 and Tom's of Maine!

I have tried many toothpastes over the last few years for my 5 yr old and this is the first one she actually likes and doesn't give me a hard time about brushing her teeth. That added to the fact it's a natural product makes me a very happy mom!
