I had a doctor that I loved list all the essential vitamins, etc that I needed in an one a day vitamin years ago. I looked for quite sometime before I found this one and it's been my old standby ever since. I now have my husband taking it too.

This is a good quality, gluten-free, vegetarian supplement free of iodine. Iodine-free multivitamins are not easy to find and my understanding is it's important to avoid this mineral if you have Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
