Although the cinnamon flavor tastes good, there are other whitening toothpastes that do a much better job and costs much less.

First off, we love Supersmile toothpaste, however...we always get the mint one. It works well, it gently whitens and actually does whiten your fillings back to their original color as well. We decided to try the cinnamon and it is extremely potent and honestly will take your breath away for a moment when you use it. It burns your gums if they are sensitive and the flavor is just awful. It isn't the cinnamon that you are thinking it will be. I thought it would be like candy cinnamon flavor, but it is more like those scented holiday brooms/pine cones that you buy around fall/christmas time. So basically just tons of cinnamon oil and I do not recommend it at all. We threw it away after trying twice.

This is a good product and I'll likely buy it again. I was a bit disappointed though; guess I was expecting more because it is a "professional" toothpaste and pricey. But now there are great products like the Crest 3D line readily available, with possibly a better cost/performance ratio.
For best results, place a pearl size drop of Whitening Toothpaste on a dry toothbrush and brush in a circular motion for two minutes twice daily.
Drug Facts Directions: For best results, brush teeth thoroughly after each meal, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist. Instruct children under six about good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing. Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Under two years of age consult a dentist or a doctor before use.
