I use these several times a day because I have a couple of food traps. I use both regular and thin -- there are some spaces in my teeth that are just too tight for regular stims, so I'm happy this product is available. I was pleasantly surprised how well they work for me.

If you have teeth that are really close together this product works great, especially after eating when you aren't able to brush.

These are much thinner than the Original style, which for me means spending more time moving it in different directions to clean between the teeth, similar to what would be necessary to brush with a much smaller toothbrush than you're accustomed to. But the thinness does allow for cleaning areas hard to reach with the Original. Also, in spite of being thin, the picks are surprisingly durable.

Quickly crumbles, folds in your fingers, You can't scrub the plaque off with a stick of bent mush. Bring back the Regulars, No Mint please!

Yes, as other reviewers state, these are super thin, and almost half of what the regular Stim-u-dents are, but for those of us that have areas where the teeth are too close together, this makes cleaning much easier than flossing, which can break between the teeth. I use a combination of these and both the regular ones and these thin plaque removers work very well for me. Sometimes you need more than one item to do the job and these definitely help. With any dental material, you need to be gentle as even the regular Stim-u-dents do break when using.

The thin stims are... well thin! Yes they are more fragile than the regulars but with tight teeth they are the only ones that work for me. Hence 4 stars.

Basically useless since they buckle and break while trying to use them. Bring back the original ones (UNFLAVORED, NOT MINT)!

Have used regular Stim-U-Dents for years. Just learned about these and tried them out. I think they are great! I don't agree at all with the negative reviews. So what if they are not as durable as the heavier versions? Good grief, they are just toothpicks, which one should expect to be diposable. Thanks to drugstore.com for making them available!
