I need SLS-free because products with SLS make my face break out in painful red bumps. I need silicone-free because products that contain silicone make my hair look greasy. I already have greasy roots, and dry ends, so I say NO to silicone.

I used to use Organix but they're changing their formulas and I don't like the new ones, so looking for something else I found this and LOVE it! I can't afford the really pricey products, but this feels like high-end for a mid-range price. It's very much worth trying for yourself.

This is the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Left residue in my scalp that became flaky, itchy and when I tried to get it out, clumps of my hair came out. As soon as I switched back to my old shampoo, scalp was back to normal. This is my first product review but I sought one out so other people would get a sample before buying this horrible product. Mad that I wasted money on this toxic shampoo and conditioner and it ruined my color treated hair. Dried it out, weakened it, ruined color that I spend a lot of money on.

I have naturally frizzy hair, neither curly nor straight, and very thick/coarse. This is the best product I've used in years that keeps my frizzies at bay. The smell is a bit strong, but I tolerate it because the product is worth it. The sulfate free is key to maintaining color between hair appointments.

I received a sample of this shampoo, conditioner & leave-in-creme. I don't think I've ever hated a shampoo so much in my life. After shampooing and conditioning, my hair felt very rough and not clean. Then after using the leave-in-creme and blow drying, my hair looked greasy and felt dirty. I would have been so mad if I'd wasted my money on this stuff.

You get what you pay for! Running back immediately to the expensive, but very much worth it, Pureology product! Don't waste your money on this product!

This is the first smoothing shampoo I have tried, so I have nothing to compare it to. I like that it comes in a tube and it cleans and lathers well. I have oily, straight Asian hair which became frizzish about three years ago. The shampoo does smooth the frizz a bit without weighing the hair down, but it works a lot better when followed w/a frizz serum. I have used this shampoo twice and noticed that my hair will stay frizz free for approximately two days IF there is no rain, drizzle or fog.
