Seems to do the job for which it was intended. Has a light, pleasing aroma. Lathers well. The matching conditioner smells a little better, wished the both smelled the same but I guess that's a minor detail.

This is my favorite shampoo. I have been highlighting my brown hair for years, and it tends to get very brassy and orange at times. Whenever I use this I swear my hair looks blonder. I use it about 3 times a week and get a ton of compliments on my hair color. If you use it consistently, it really works.

I can't tell if this shampoo works on my brassiness or not, I figure it can't hurt. I have straight, fine, normal hair. It does dry it out, but as long as I use the accompaning conditioner it is okay. I do like the smell, color, and lather of the shampoo.

I have very curly hair and was concerned this shampoo would be really drying... but was pleasantly surprised. I do need a conditioner afterwards... but I do with all shampoos. I can get away with using it a couple days a week about 10 days after I color. It's the best anti-brass shampoo I've used so far!

This shampoo is intended to tone and reduce brassiness of natural or color treated blonde hair.

While this product was just ok I much prefer to use Clairol Shimmer Lights Original Conditioning Shampoo
which I have been using since the late 1980s

I will stick with the Clairol Brand for toning my blond hair. and I follow up with my favorite shampoo and conditioner afterwards.

I hope Drugstore.com will begin to carry the Clairol Shimmer Lights Original Conditioning Shampoo.

it dries out my hair and I can't see a difference after almost the whole bottle is gone. :/ if anyone knows of a better toning product PLEASE tell me.

I use this daily with the conditioner and love it. It really does keep brassiness out of my COLORED blonde hair. I dye my hair to platinum and this definitely works to keep my hair pale. I've read other reviews that this doesn't work, but it is for COLORED blonde hair, not natural blonde hair.

Product did not do as promised. For the life of me I don't know why this happens over and over. This is just shampoo and nothing more. Will never buy again.
