I removed this from the packaging and squeezed the hinge tabs to open it to try in my hair and the spring flew out and across the room. Never even got to try it.

I bought this at my local drug store and loved it. I wore it most days for over a year when the spring popped out.
I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. I finally looked online and found it here.
I have wavy long hair and tried several other clips that worked but really missed this design. No headaches and I can lean my head back against surfaces. Most clips the handles would poke my head. I would have to take the others in and out a few times a day like driving to and from work I couldn't let my head touch the seat with getting a headache.
This size holds up my wavy mid back length hair up all day. Even when I cut my hair to shoulder length it still works.

I liked that it lays flat on hair but it didn't last long.

I bought this clip because it was a little different than most of usual clips I've used. I have long straight hair, but it's very thin, so the clip held all my hair in place. I've had it for about half a year or so and it just broke the other day. When I was opening it, the hinge snapped off and now it's completely useless.

I used the clip at home only for easy use after the shower, but it was a bit annoying because the sides of the clip fold in and takes me an extra second to open and close it.

Very nice looking and comfortable clip. Does not damage hair.

BE SURE TO OPEN the two SIDE MIDDLE RECTANGLES FIRST, hold them with your thumb & finger, place clip onto your hair, & release. SO EASY!

TO REMOVE, open or hold the two side middle rectangles and LIFT OFF!

Have worn it with my hair up, and with hair down with sides clipped in center back.

I sometimes leave the side rectangles open when clipped onto my hair; other times close them for a different clip look.
