I finally found a natural dishwasher detergents that doesn't leave a filmy residue. The results are as good as the traditional detergents without the harmful chemicals. The scent is very mild, a pleasant citrus fragrance.

My husband insisted that I stop buying natural dish washing detergents. We've tried so many of them and they either don't work at all or they leave a terrible film on dishes. I bought this one since it was on sale and I'm so glad that I did! It works great, has a pleasant scent and is a much better value considering I don't have to watch dishes twice anymore.

For some people this product has nice smell. But for me it is very disturbing. It is a very unpleasant artificial like perfume. According to the ingredient list, it is essential oil. But when I called the manufacture, I was told it is a mix of essential oil and artificial fragrance. The frangance stays on the dishes, especially on wood spatula. It doesn't seem to go away even after I washed twice with other fragrance free detergent. When I use the dishes and utensil, the smell interferes with the food. I am very disappointed with this product.

I have been looking for a long time for a dishwashing product that was both eco friendly and actually gets my dishes clean. Was pleasantly surprised by these pouches. We have friends who have had to quit using OTHER pouches due to their size being too big for detergent well - to the point where their dishwashers broke due to poor fit. So, we are thrilled by this product fitting the bill in all ways.

I really like the clean, fresh scent of this detergent, and it's not overwhelming. My dishes come out squeaky clean with no residue. I also LOVE the pre-measured pouches. We have a tendency to over-fill things here, so these should save us some money and detergent in the long run.
Use one pod for one load. Before you begin, you should know there's no need to open the pod. The outer film is biodegradable and begins to dissolve the moment it touches water so be sure to have dry hands.
