New formula is in a yellow can and they added sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and I assume some salt has been removed. Doesn't work near as well as the original formula in the blue can which was just a 3% hypertonic sodium chloride solution.
A must have during seasonal allergies. This is great to use before bedtime or when you are so congested and your sinuses are giving you the worst headaches ever! I rinse my nasal passages with this and clear it all out! Symptoms are relieved, I feel better, no side effects!
I have been ordering this formula in the blue can with 3% sodium for a long time. This last time they sent me a different kind with less sodium chloride in it and baking soda. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I sent a "question" form to "customer service" and got no reply. I will never order anything from Drug Store .com again. What horrible customer service.

Really helpful with my chronic sinus problems. I use it first thing in the morning and at night right before bedtime. Fewer sinus infections since I started using it.
To flush and irrigate, tilt head to the side over sink or use in shower. Insert nozzle into one nostril depressing as a gentle mist fills sinus passages and flows out nostrils. Repeat in other nostril. Store between 59F and 86F (15C and 30C).
