It's great to have a product I can take that won't make me groggy in the morning and allows me a restful night sleep. I can take it several days in a row if I need to--or not at all for awhile.

I would not reccomend this if you are truly looking to sleep! The directions even state that this medicine can be taken during the day. This is something I didn't notice until I bought it. I used it for more than a week hoping that at some point it would "kick in". It never did.

I have always had trouble sleeping, and this is a wonderful, gentle product. It won't work for every case I'm sure, but with homeopathic remidies you need to be sure you are addressing the correct problem. I have read other reviews calling this product a 'herbal'. Homeopathic products are not herbal remedies, the are regulated by the FDA as drugs, and they may contain animal or mineral derived products as well as botanical. For simple trouble relaxing enough to fall asleep, this worth a try.

When taken when your mind is racing and you can't sleep, this works great.

This actually made my mind MORE active the first night I tried it. My usual internal chatter was amplified by thoughts like, "I hope I'm not allergic to those pills... what if my throat starts closing up or something... I wonder how long it would take an ambulance crew to get here... would I even be able to call 911 and have enough breath to tell them what's wrong... I wonder if we have enhanced 911, can they see my address when I call or do I have to provide it..." and on and on. I tried the maximum dosage for several nights in a row and noticed ZERO reduction in my repetitive thoughts and no help in falling asleep faster. The only positive thing I can say about this product is it didn't kill me, I'm not allergic to it and the pills are small and easy to swallow... but I might as well have been swallowing air for the effect they had on me.
