Works better than any prescription I have tried for anxiety. Great for calming down and feeling relaxed.

I use this product to relieve my anxiety & tension during the day. It is very affective & does not make me sleepy or make me feel like I'm in a fog. It just helps to keep me calm. At night, I occasionally use it to help me fall asleep. I have a good, sound sleep & wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy.

Even when I'm dead tired I have trouble falling off to sleep and staying asleep through the night. I've tried melatonin, valerian, etc. and they were great at getting me to fall asleep, but I would always wake up during the night and sometimes I felt a groggy in the morning. Hyland's Calms Forte is the only sleep aid that has worked not only to help me fall asleep but sleep soundly through the entire night! I wake in the morning feeling refreshed and no grogginess! The first couple of times I tried Calms Forte it did not work at all and I thought of throwing it away but, decided to give it another try. After taking it a few nights it seemed to finally kick in on the fourth try. I usually take 2 tablets but have taken 3 or 4 on nights when I was particularly stressed out. I highly recommend it.

This item is not meant to put you to sleep. If youre up on caffeine or sugar its not going to give you lights out. On the other hand if your body is dead tired and your brain just will not shut down because of worry, the days events, tomorrows to do list, etc then these pills will help. Or at least they do the trick for me. They are a sleep aid, not a knockout pill

This product is FANTASTIC!!! I have been using Valerian and Chamomile for years to get to sleep. I used Passion flower and loved it but it is hard to find. I bought this product two weeks ago and after using it for 5 days I went and bought 2 more bottles. This product has ALL THREE ingredients that I have been using ALL IN ONE!!! There have been NO side effects or grogginess when waking up. I would suggest it for everyone!!!

Did not work at all for me. Actually made my night worse by having very weird dreams. I ended up throwing them all away.
