I really like this product over other zonk-you-out medications. It takes the edge off and helps you relax. I've used this product off and on for years. If you REALLY are an insomniac I wouldn't recommend it. But if you've had a stressfull day, it really helps. I love Hylands products!

I have used this product for years and for me, it has always does what it says it does. It is for SIMPLE nervous tension or insomnia. They are not something that are going to zonk you or help you forget all your troubles, but rather help you relax if it's been a stressful day or you have things on your mind.

I've had insomnia since I was an infant (that's 20 years now) and I wanted to take a natural sleep aid instead of what my doctor was giving me. I tried this product and it did absolutely NOTHING for me. It's worthless.

Having more insomnia with this product. Took the recommended amount, and then had to go back and take 2 more. DID NOT HELP!! I found the nerve tonic to relax me more to sleep and get a sound sleep, whereas this did not. Would not personally recommend this to friends/family.

Good product. Helps when I can't shut my mind off at night, AND helps with stress dreams (usually caused because the mind isn't shutting off once asleep, either). Not only does it not give a hang over, but personally I've found I have more energy when I wake up, I'm guessing because I had more sound sleep. Would recommend.

I took Calms Forte and most of the time, I was able to sleep. I had surgery in October and had trouble sleeping (falling asleep and waking up a lot during the night). Now I am back to work. I noticed that I have dreams every night and usually they are pretty weird or bad...
