I ordered this to give as a Christmas gift. The recipient was disappointed in it- opting for an analog scale instead. Now I have to return the product, but the package arrived without an invoice.
Her complaints were: It's too light. It gave different readings in a five minute period.
did not agree with Doctor's scale. Didn't like having to worry about batteries.

I know this will sound like an odd comment, but I love this scale. I'm trying to lose weight and it shows you your starting weight, the difference up/down between this weigh-in and your last weigh-in and how close you are to losing 20% of your body weight. It automatically sets your goal at a 20% loss. It's encouraging when you see the "pounds to goal" number keep going down. And, it seems achievable when you realize, "Hey! I only have 9.6 lbs. to go. I can do that!"
