I use this almost daily for lung congestion related to chronic environmental allergies, and after years of using it I can definitely say it works! Of all the Ridgecrest similar products, I find this one the most effective and also the least expensive. You don't have to have asthma to use it, I don't, I just have a lot of pollen type allergies that effect my head And lungs. This works for any lung congestion or swelling or bronchial problem, I'd say within 20 minutes, maybe less if your stomach is empty. Great product!

Within my first month of using this product along with ClearLungs, my congestion has greatly improved and it has greatly reduced my coughing. Amazingly, I've not had to use any inhaler since I started these products only a few weeks ago. My asthma got increasingly worse when I got H1N1 over two years ago. For the first time in so long, I feel like I can really breathe well and the elephant is finally off my chest. Thank you. I take both products at one cap twice a day now. I take an extra one of each if I need them.
