I have suffered from eczema since my early teens (now in my 40's) so needless to say I have pretty much tried it all. This cream stopped the itch and started clearing up the affected area in about a week. I repurchased it immediately. It's not a cure but It has helped tremendously. The only negative thing that I can say about it is that there is a slight orange color to it and if you do not let it dry completely, it will rub off on clothing, sheets, etc...
