Needed this to take my new Water Pik Cordless Flosser on a trip. Worked as described. My hygienist will be happy. The only thing it lacks is a pocket for the tips so they don't accidentally fall out.

You did not include the product in the shipment even though you said order was complete and you charged me for it. Furthermore you are taking far too long to process my refund for this item and the other item in the order which I did receive but returned because it was not suitable for my needs. Not impressed whatsoever and unlikely to deal with you again.
