I was hesitant to try this product because I had never heard of the company. But, because of their "earth friendly" ingredients, I gave it a shot. I live in an area where we have hard water (lots of calcium) and, over the past 17 years, I've tried several well-known dishwasher detergents. They did a decent job, but none compare to the clean I get with this product. Everything comes out sparkling clean with no residue of any sort. Thanks for a great product! (I'm currently trying some of their other products, as well.)

Thought I would try a more natural dishwashing detergent but I was not impressed. Several times the pod got stuck in the plastic compartment or fell to the bottom of the dishwasher. Then I had to throw it away and run dishwasher again with a new pod, thus wasting more energy and water. I gave it 2 stars because when it did work it got my dishes clean. I will switch to Seventh Generation liquid detergent to see if this works better in my dishwasher.
I love these! I've been using these pacs for about two years with three different dishwashers. They work great, even when the dishwasher is fully loaded! I tried the natural pacs from Trader Joe's before I found these and they were terrible. No comparison.
My only complaint is, like all natural products, these are fairly expensive. But I live alone and I'm good about only running the dishwasher when it's quite full, so it hasn't been too much of an issue.
I am always looking for greener products that work as well as the less-green ones. I notice no difference in performance between Seventh Generation Dishwasher packs and other brands I have used. It works as well as anything I have tried AND it's much less harmful to the environment. I love it.
This detergent works as well as the popular non-natural brands. I love that it works just as well and is all natural. I am switching to this product!

These dish packs are super easy to use. You just pop them in and that's it. I love the fact that there's no mess. These really do the job well but don't leave that chemical smell that other products do.

A very easy to use product and does a great job in cleaning all the dishes. No fragrances, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended.

I love these packs. They are easy to use, just drop into the dispenser and go. The packs got my dishes nice and clean. That they are eco-friendly is an nice extra bonus.

I love these dishwasher packets. They are easy to use, mess free and they leave my dishes clean. We have allergies, so I love that they are fragrance free. No animal testing is also important to us, so many products test on animals when they don't need to!

I don't like using harsh chemicals in any area of household cleaning, so I feel that this product gets the job done efficiently while staying environmentally conscious. I rated this product as having a "weak function" only because dishes with heavy dried-on stains need to be soaked/pre-washed prior to being put in the dishwasher to ensure optimum cleaning. I think this is standard of any dishwashing detergent, though. All in all, it's a great natural product!

Load Dishwasher - Make sure items can be safely washed in a dishwasher. Silver, aluminum and stainless steel should be washed in separate loads to avoid discoloration. Load items with the soiled surfaces facing the center and keep taller items away from the center of the bottom rack.
Add detergent - Use one pac per load. Do not unwrap or puncture pac. Do not handle pac with wet hands. Place pac in main dispenser cup and close immediately. Re-seal package after use and store in a dry place. For very hard water we recommend using our Rinse Aid.
