The pills come in an oval shaped gel form & somewhat big, but no worries - it really goes down easy. I place at the back of my tongue (the long way) & with a gulp of water, it slips right down - smooth as silk. I have the family genes of high cholestrol, so no matter what I do the count is up there. I have done my own research & found out that Fish Oil & Co Q 10 really is good to help with this problem. Plus walking & common sense eating. Take care - blessings to all!

I am currently taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Other fish oil supplements give me "fish Burps" and indigestion. I have not had these issues with this supplement.

Rather surprised when I saw the size of this caplet! It is quite large. However, they go down very easily and there is no taste or odor. They also do not repeat after taking. I am very impressed with this item.

It really is "burp-less" which goes a long way with me. Other products left me with a fishy after-taste and the inevitable "burp". The capsules..though large in size..are smooth, which make them easier to swallow. I plan to continue buying this product.

I have tried other brands, but these are the best as far as being "burp-less". No aftertaste at all. I take two a day...one w/breakfast and one w/supper (dinner, as you out-of-staters would say). The soft-gels may be large in size, but they go down easier than some of my smaller-sized pills.
Take 2 softgels daily with a meal up to 4 softgels may be taken daily. Keep bottle tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
