With Dr. Oz pushing that people should take oral pycnogenol, I decided to give it a try. The label mentions nothing about possible side effects, so I thought what do I have to lose.

Well, the first night in bed after taking just one pill was awful The side effects kept me from being able to fall asleep. I have upset stomach, bad taste in my mouth, headache, and slight dizziness.

I then deep searched pycnogenol and side effects and found: "According to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, some people taking pycnogenol report difficulty falling asleep at night. Other reported side effects include dizziness, headaches, upset stomach and nausea."

Well, that is exactly what happened to me.

I guess I am one of the unlucky ones that suffered bad side effects. I will not use pycnogenol anymore.

Take 2 100 mg. in the morning. Easy to take. They are pricey, but I'm getting such good results, it's worth the price.
