These are so thick I am not able to wear them in any of my shoes - even without socks, which is what these are intended for.

Try the Summer Soles Insoles which are almost paper thin (but are very narrow so if you have wide feet/shoes, they will not cover the interior of the shoe from side to side).

I put these in all my summer shoes when I don't wear socks. They keep your feet dry and cool, and extend the life of your shoes!

just needed something to absorb the sweat so i can wear flats without socks. the insoles are easy to cut according to the directions, but I will have to warn you that there is a strong, sweet, rubber scent that will last for days when you first use it. This is the only reason why I took one star off. Since the insole is white, it also kind of gets dirty easily.

Don't wear socks with these flats so the original insoles were wearing down. These inserts worked out perfectly!
