I've been using this conditioner for years. They have clearly changed the formulation, and it is not as good as it used to be. Used to be that I would smooth this through my hair and it would instantly detangle and smooth out. Now, I have to use a ton more, and it still doesn't smooth or detangle the way it used to. I am disappointed with it.
