This stuff smells strongly like cedar wood or something, but it works great. Natural castile soap base with aromatic oils cleans oily skin like mine without drying. Only one pump of product needed, and a little goes a long way.

I have VERY sensitive combination skin -- very dry, but the chin and forehead get oily when I'm under stress. I also get adult breakouts when stressed. This is absolute best soap I have ever used. It cleared up my skin breakouts as long as I use it twice a day. I use a lavish moisturizer afterwards, and voila! Beautiful compliment-getting complexion.

I have sensitive skin, and this felt very harsh on my face (plus it absolutely burned my eyes even when I made every effort to keep it away from the eye area). I've heard very good things about Avalon facial cleansing milk and will try that next.

This product is the best, and it's all-natural, which is great. It leaves my face soft and very clean, but not dry. This is the first Tea Tree Oil product I've ever used, and though it does have a bit of a strong smell coming out of the bottle and while you're using it, the scent fades almost instantly. It isn't offensive at all. My skin is a bit oily, so this may be a bit to strong if you have dry or sensitive skin (I don't know), but I think this is a great product and would recommend it.

This stuff works great to clean your skin, however, if you have acne like I do, it won't clear your skin. I continued to have breakouts while using this product, and the smell is pretty bad, but it made my face look pretty clean. It's great for deep cleaning!!

I think very highly of this tea tree oil facial cleanser. My face feels very soft and very clean after rinsing. Some have commented on the smell of this product. Anyone who has ever tried any kind of tea tree oil product at all knows that this is the normal smell that these products have. No, its not a "pretty scent" but I don't find it in the least bit offensive. I have used products with tea tree in them before and have always found them to be a natural and effective way to treat the skin. Overall, I would recommend this product to others and would give it a 5, since I have had no problems with this.

This product smells funky-- a bit like wood and something else (my boyfriend thinks dog shampoo, but I don't think it's that bad). While the smell is unpleasant (but not offensive), it works wonderfully. I have not had a breakout since using the product, not even during PMS (sorry gents but I had to say it). Although it's very thin, it lathers up well. It feels oily going on, but leaves your skin feeling great. I have already recommended this to a friend, who is purchasing it as well.

I chose this product because I like using more "natural" cleansers. However, when I first used it, I thought I was using paint thinner on my face, as the smell strongly resembles turpentine. I also have fairly sensitive skin and the morning after using this product my face was red and irritated. Perhaps for those with more oily skin, this product would be helpful, but if you have dry skin that does not need DEEP cleansing, I would avoid it.
