So I have been using...Read complete review Love tea tree oil. There are so many uses for it. I purchased the large size because I had problems with itchy dry scalp and adult cystic acne. So I have been using it on my hair particularly on the scalp and it has worked wonders. For my skin I use Cuticura soap and alternate with this as well. I will leave this on my skin for a couple of minutes while in the shower. Seems to sink in and fight the bacteria. I then add 1 drop to my cotton ball soaked in my toner. After the toner I mix 2 drop of tea tree oil, salicylic acid(neutrogena Rapid clear) 1 drop of jojoba oil, and a bit of glycolic acid -alpha hydrox 10% oil free cream. I mix it on the palm of my hand and apply it to my face at night and in the morning. I add a tiny bit of tea tree oil to my concealer to cover any acne and dark spots left from the acne or when I feel something coming.. The jojoba and and glycolic help to moisturize the skin which is important with acne prone skin otherwise it will make acne worse. You may need to play with the amt of jojoba and tea tree oil depending on skin type. I have tried many expensive products and done alot of research. I have learned that you need to kill the acne causing bacteria & stop it from speading and giving you more acne (tea tree oil) Keep pores clean and exfoliated(salicylic acid, glycolic acid) and very important moisturized (jojoba oil) or any other moisturizer that works for you.I love to run so I never leave the house w/o SPF Moisturizer. My skin is balanced again. The reason why I used tea tree oil in just about everything that I put on my face was because I had a horrible cystic breakout that spread like wild fire wished I had used it sooner. It cleans well but does not remove eye makeup, so just make sure you use a seperate remover for that (jojoba oil works great). Tea tree oil has always helped me with my blemishes, and I personally do not mind the smell. I buy the larger refill size for economy, and refill my 8 oz. size bottle. I feel like I may need to replace my 8 oz. bottle soon, but it has lasted me for several years. It makes my oily/combination skin skin so smooth, almost completely poreless but doesn't dry it out all, it's fantastic! I have normal skin and often get complements on it. I have used quite a few products both natural and not and I strongly believe this product should not exist. I clogged my pores, left a wax film over my skin, i did not even remove makeup traces but rather just locked it in. The water would even glide of my face as a freshly waxed car would when i would try to rinse of the product. The company would not even help by sending a coupon to try another product or a refund. Total waste of money! I would highly discourage anyone from using this product. It will just ruin your skin. Very disappointed I believe it has given me larger pores. I was stupid enough to insist in using it for a couple of weeks because I had ran out of my other face wash and I did not want to waste $ by not using it. big mistake! It takes only a few drops to spread easily over your face with water, suds up a bit, clean off every trace of makeup and easily wash off. And the ingredients are all natural. Because of that it doesn't have any added frangrance, which lends to the "natural" smell, which I find a bit odd. However, the smell doesn't linger and it leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean so I will put up with it for 15 seconds a day!
