I love all of Deset Essences products but I really like this one! It cleans your face thoroughly but smells a little bad....It keeps the acne at bay though!! Tea Tree oil has been used for acne for YEARS in Australia!

I look for a few specific things in a facial cleanser.. complete cleaning, gentle conditioning and something that in the end doesn't dry my skin out. This product did great in the cleansing area....but it was a bit harsh and the scent didn't do anything for me.

I've always used Tea Tree Oil for spot treatments for acne and insect bites, and have always been impressed with the results. The oil has a horrible smell, which limits when I can use it (don't want to go to work smelling like TTO). I've suffered from acne most of my life (acne at 39 sucks!), and have tried everything. Even as an infomercial skeptic, I've ordered everything for acne out of sheer desperation. Nothing I've ever used works as well as these pads. The smell is strong, but goes away quickly, unlike the pure oil. If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer afterwards. Mine is oily, and this balances my skin perfectly. I've been able to go out in public without makeup and have confidence that my face isn't disgusting to look at for literally the first time in my life. I'll buy these as long as they are available. Use for acne, to kill the itch of mosquito bites, or to balance oily skin. Get over the smell, the benefits FAR outweigh the scent!!!

After reading an article that tea tree oil relieves the itch from mosquito bites, I tried this product which I had previous purchased. It works very well at stopping the itch from mosquito and green headed fly bites. Also keeps the itch from coming back for a long time. Although I know that this isn't what this product was intended for, it had become our "itch relief of choice" in our house.

I wouldn't recommend these for the face, but for body acne, these have been great. The other reviewers are not lying or over-exaggerating when they say these are very strongly scented. I tried using these on my face, but the smell is too much. They also made my face very dry and oily at the same time. These do however work great on my backne (which was pretty bad). My wife wipes down my back a couple times a week, and it keeps 90% of the acne in check (sometimes 100%).

Harsh on my face with an overwhelming alcohol and tea tree smell. I ignored other comments and bought these anyway--wished I hadn't!

Intense smell, but worth it. it cleanses my skin without drying it out. It also makes my face very soft. I didnt think that an all natural product would work so well. Will buy again.

I love these pads. I have struggled with acne for years, and nothing seems to work. Within a week of using these, only at night (and not rinsing, as the instructions say), my skin is much clearer and drier in general. They are drying, but with my oily skin, that's a good thing. The smell is very strong, but it's worth tolerating it for a few minutes for how well they work.

This was pretty useless for my boyfriend's troubled skin. With all the hype surrounding tea tree oil, we really thought it would be worth giving a try, but it just sits in the medicine cabinet while we look for something effective.
