The smell of these things ...

The smell of these things would drop an elephant. If I use them in the morning, my office-mate can tell when I get to work. However, they feel wonderful on your skin, and these pads give my perennially oily face a nice matte finish for several hours. The textured surfaces give a slight exfoliating effect, which I also like. I use them in the morning in conjunction with the Desert Essence face wash, and usually once in the afternoon to freshen.

THE BEST PRODUCT I HAVE FOUND FOR HORMONAL ACNE. I have had skin flareups for years, and I have tried everything out there. I started using this product twice a day after washing my face with a mild soap, and my flare-ups are gone. I love this stuff. Smells terrible but who cares, because it works better than all those harsh benzoyl peroxide products. Plus, it is a great price.

Tea Tree oil has a strong medicinal odor to it. If you can get past the smell, it is an excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent. I like these pads. They are a good size and not flimsy. I use this daily on my face, back and bikini area. Using it on my bikini area greatly reduces irritation after waxing, shaving and seems to minimize ingrown hairs.

I have to admit at first I could not bear them and used them a couple of times. Just recently I started using them again and have noticed a slight change in my very minimal acne on the sides of my face. I do have to moisturize after using, because I don't have oily skin. I will continue to buy them.

The smell was so strong my eyes started tearing up. The odor is like stale carrot cake and celery, not pleasant. They don't cleanse well, and they are very rough to the touch, especially for sensitive facial skin.

Love 'em! Although my sensitive skin usually gets red afterwards, they really do clean your face AND other parts of the body prone to breakouts or clogs. Smell... kind of harsh, but I like it and it kind of makes me feel cleaner. All in all, I order them 2 at a time. DO TRY!!!

WARNING: If you have a significant other or hopes for one, this product is NOT for you!! The scent is soooo strong my dog ran out of the room!! I don't know if it works well because I only used one!! I'd rather have a couple of pimples than smell this everyday! The smell kept me awake until I went and washed it off! I even had to change my pillowcase! If you still feel the need to try this product, you can have the rest of mine..there's 49 left!!!

What a difference these tiny things make! I picked up a jar and have used them regularly for a month. I had been having problems with terrible "hormonal" acne. I started using these because I was feeling stressed about my skin and how it was looking. Within a month, my skin has been noticeably clearer and much less prone to breaking out. Yes, the smell is very strong (even holding your nose doesn't get rid of it), but I will continue to use this product for a long, long time.

I use these all the time. They are great on bee stings and insect bites, too. If I feel a cold sore coming on, I will dab one of these on the spot, and within 2 days it's gone. They are also great for cleaning skin. I've noticed my skin getting a lot smoother after using these for a couple of years. Yes, the smell is strong but it's a natural cleanser and safe!

I like these cleansing pads for what they do for my skin. I use them only once a day, and have had noticeably clearer skin. The smell is another story. It is VERY strong...I keep my eyes closed and hold my breath or else my eyes and nose burn. My five year old daughter RUNS from the bathroom as soon as she sees me take the jar out of the medicine cabinet.
