Everyone at work keeps on asking me things like did you cut your hair,
what have you done to your hair it looks different. My hair is very straight and to the middle of my back. I really hate going to the salon so I now won't have to go quite as often. I really can't believe this product. I never ever would have thought that anything could mend a damaged hair shaft. I don't care how it does it all I know is it does!
I do agree that the bottles are very cheap and don't regain their shape very easy. However if it keeps the cost down I'm ok with it. After all it's what's inside the bottle that matters.

I love this product! I'm trying to grow out my hair and therefore trying to maintain as much of it as possible. I heat process my naturally curly hair to be straight a lot of the time, so split ends are an issue.

This product not only helps mend the ends, but it also smells great and makes it shiny. I definitely recommend it to anyone who suffers from damaged hair. And it's affordable!

My hair type: I am naturally a medium brown/gray but I use powder lightener/peroxide max lift once a month to get very light blonde hair (like a level 12~ if you color hair~ you know what that means) My hair is also very long (hits below where my bra fastens). I also straighten it with a babybliss at 410 *F on a daily basis. (I know, that's bad). Before using this product~ I tried everything more/less expensive. I think John Frieda Full Repair is supposed to be like the drugstore version of this but I found the two to be completely different. Redken product are good but far more expensive and honestly, pro mend is better. I loved the conditioner right away but I wasn't sure about the shampoo. I know that it's bad to wash your hair everyday but if I get a really greasy scalp that looks completely silly with stiff, dry ends. With this shampoo- I can wash everyday and it doesn't over-dry my ends. After a few weeks of regular use (along with the other products in this line) I really started to see and feel a difference. I love it!

I have straight hair, medium texture that gets oily at the roots and dry at the ends - so dry that ends would break off and split. This product worked with one use, noticeably shiny without weighing it down. Very pleased with this shampoo, just a little goes a long way....however the daily conditioner gave it a greasy feel, so now I use the ProMend shampoo with a volumizing conditioner, works great.
