My guess is that some may not have installed correctly. It is very easy but you may need to read directions and stretch out the handle, hook the curved top over side of toilet where the water comes down into toilet and press against the wall of toilet. When I first looked at it I thought it would not work but found it was so much easier than I thought to install. Great clean scent.

I have used Lysol toilet bowl cleaning products for years and thought this might be a good thing. I used it for two days and took it out of the toilet and threw it away. Took the remaining package back to Costco for a refund. Terrible smelling product. Too strong a bleach smell. Could not stand the smell in the bathroom. Quite sickening. NOT GOOD. VERY BAD.

I prefer drop-ins but with a new toilet and strict instructions not to use drop-ins I had to find a new cost-effective product. It seems to work well and has a pleasant scent. Lasts a long time.

I was afraid the scent would be an overpowering hospital cleaner but it is just a very clean yet subtle aroma. Nice! However none of these toilet bars can really 100 percent clean a toilet (especially one with hard water). You still need to scrub the toiler once in awhile, which is normal. Plus I like that this does not color the water. Will buy again soon!

This may have been the worst waste of money I've ever spent in my life. The tablet is supposed to clip on to the inside of the toilet bowl and hit the flow of water when you flush, but it's so terribly designed that it doesn't reach the side of the bowl, therefore it never reaches the water, therefore it doesn't CLEAN. It just hangs there, occasionally getting splashed by something other than water which, in my opinion, is what it deserves.

It does not help to keep the toilet bowl clean and actually makes a mess. The blue residuals drips off toilet bowl and left a messy look. Terrible product that I won't try again.
