I love it. It HEALS acne fast, doesn't dry skin, not to mention that is all natural. Very gentle on skin, has a cooling effect and a fresh sent to it. Its great product.

This stuff isn't a miracle, but it definitely helps clear up breakouts without being harsh on the skin, and leaving it tight and dry. It does have a strong tea tree scent, so be warned but it fades after it's been on for a while. A great thing to keep in your purse when you feel a spot coming on.

This inexpensive gel is as close to perfect as any skincare product I have ever found. I use it every night as a preventative acne treatment, and it keeps me almost entirely acne free. I have somewhat sensitive and combination skin, and this does not leave my skin overly dry. I have tried very expensive things (Jurlique, Aesop, Eve Lom, Chanel, La Mer, Kiehl's, Darphin, Shu Uemura, etc), as well as prescription topicals (Duac, Tazorac, Retin a micro, Differin, etc) and this is the first thing that works consistently and causes no freaky side effects. I spread a pea-sized amount on my skin every night, and only now get the occasional SMALL blemish during my menses. I will continue to buy this as long as it is sold. Please give it a try if you have acne-and give it a few weeks to work. It is so affordable, what have you got to lose?

I love this stuff, and have used it for years. I do not have serious acne, but I do get the occasional big zit and I haven't had to pop one in YEARS because Nelson's always heals it before it gets huge. I put it on whenever I feel a big zit coming, and within a day, it's smaller and less noticeable. It also doesn't make big dry red spots or flaky skin. I recommend it to everyone who has the occasional breakout or nasty whitehead to deal with.

This stuff is great! It's not going to miraculously erase all your pimples immediately, but you will see them shrink, have shorter "life cycles, get less red and the best part is this stuff does not leave your skin all dry and flaky. I've used benzoyl peroxide for years, and it has its benefits but this is definitely a welcome change to the drying that I received from that. It goes much better under makeup than benzoyl. Nelson's has helped me shrink pimples that benzoyl peroxide couldn't touch. The smell is a little weird but you can get used to it. Highly recommended. Wish I found this years ago.

The thing I have always hated about acne gels and creams is that they are very harsh on your skin. The most "success" I have ever had in terms of having fewer blemishes is with Pro-Activ, but only because the combination approach is incredibly corrosive. Other gels and creams have proven to be greasy, feel heavy, or leave bleached-out spots all over my clothes. This product, however, goes on smoothly, feels great as it tingles on my skin, and does so without damaging any fabric. Does it really make my skin more clear? I don't know. Does any over-the-counter product that doesn't involve burning off layer upon layer of skin? Who knows. But do I like it and think it is worth the price? Absolutely - I am certain that my skin is not getting worse, and it hasn't caused any problems otherwise. No product is right for everyone, but this is worth a try.

I was skeptical about using this natural rememdy. I usually use benzoyl peroxide cream on my breakouts, but have been trying to use a more natural, gentle approach to care for my skin. At first, I didn't think this made a difference. I did notice positive results the second day though, and have kept using it. Now it is a staple for my skin whenever I have a breakout. It does have a strong tea tree smell, but I find it tolerable. It doesn't sting or dry out my skin, which I have to like. Overall, it's a good product for a good price.

The smell of the product is very strong. Like with any other skin product, it can be difficult to isolate and report accurately an improvement- not fantastic, not terrible. Beware of the smell though, it does stay after you apply it for at least a half an hour, and it does sort of linger. Sort of like Vick's VapoRub.

Hello all. This gel is like anything else. It will work fine for some, not do anything for others. That's just life. It works well for my girlfriend and I. A ton of products have not worked, but this product give us hope. Keep your head up, and try to use what works best for you. I recommend this highly.

I had to stop using my prescription acne medication, and my skin went haywire. I had large cysts and pimples. I started using Nelsons acne gel during the day, and Earth Therapeutics Clari-T at night. I also use T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel after washing my face. It has been about 6 months, and my skin is clear. It took about a month before I started to see results. I am 32 years old with skin allergies. I hope this helps someone!
